Appointment setting for commercial security providersGet in front of sites that are thinking about security.
We find businesses and properties that are reviewing how they protect their sites, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings with the people who decide. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You design, install, monitor and maintain physical security for commercial sites: CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, intercoms and monitoring. It's physical protection for buildings and people, not IT security. Most of your buyers act after something happens, or when a site changes. We help you reach them at those moments.
The people we'd aim to book you in with look after sites, buildings or the people in them. For example:
- Facilities managers at offices, warehouses, schools and healthcare sites
- Operations managers at logistics, manufacturing and construction businesses
- Retail and hospitality owners and area managers with several venues
- Property managers responsible for common areas, entries and car parks
- Business owners moving into, or expanding, their own premises
Why they'd take the call
- A break-in, theft or incident has made security a priority this month.
- Their cameras are old, footage is poor, or nobody can get into the system.
- Keys and access cards have got out of hand as staff come and go.
- They're opening a new site, extending a warehouse or moving into new premises.
- Their monitoring or maintenance agreement is up and they want to compare.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The site is in your service area and the kind you work on
- The person attending manages the site or decides on security spend
- There's a reason to look now, like an incident, a new site or ageing equipment
- They've agreed to talk about their site, not just to receive a brochure
- They're not an existing client or a site you're already quoting
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, its sites and what happens there
- Who's coming and what they're responsible for
- What they have in place now, as far as they've said
- What's prompted the conversation, including any recent incident they mentioned
- What they want to cover, and whether it's a call or a site visit
- Business
- Third-party logistics company with two warehouses
- Attending
- Operations manager, who signs off site spending
- Current setup
- Cameras at one warehouse, keys and a basic alarm at the other
- Why now
- Stock went missing last quarter and the second warehouse is expanding
- Wants to cover
- Access control across both sites and better camera coverage of the docks
- Format
- Site visit at the larger warehouse
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You have capacity to design and install for new commercial clients
- You offer ongoing monitoring or maintenance, not just one-off installs
- Someone can run a site visit and quote promptly afterwards
Probably not yet if
- You mainly work on homes rather than commercial sites
- Your install team is booked out for months
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls, meetings or site visits with people who decide
- Brief you on the site and what's prompting the conversation
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Assess a site's security or recommend equipment on your behalf
- Use fear or recent crime to pressure anyone into a call or meeting
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
What we'd need from you
- The systems and services you want to sell, and any you'd rather not lead with
- Your service area and the types of site you work on
- The size of job or contract you're after
- Current clients and open quotes, so we leave them alone
- Availability for calls and site visits
What's in your meeting plan
Tell us your website and who you'd like to meet. We'll review it and put together a short plan for your business. It's free, and it's yours whether or not you go ahead.
- What you sell, in plain words
- The customer segments we'd start with
- The decision-maker roles we'd aim to reach
- How we'd approach your market
- Draft criteria for a qualifying call or meeting
- What we'd need from you to brief you properly
Then, if you'd like, a free call with James to talk it through and agree pricing.
Questions commercial security providers ask
Is this for cybersecurity too?
This page is about physical security: cameras, access, alarms and monitoring. If you sell IT security, see our page for cybersecurity providers.
Can you target businesses that have just had an incident?
We don't go looking for victims of crime. We reach businesses whose sites suit what you do, and an incident often comes up as the reason they want to talk. When it does, it's in your brief.
Do you book site visits?
Yes. Most security conversations end up on site, so we can book that directly if you prefer.
We also do fire protection. Can you include it?
Yes. We can lead with security and mention fire, or run them as separate campaigns.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
