Appointment setting for fire protection providersWin the service contracts other providers let slide.
We find the people who look after buildings, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings about inspection, testing and maintenance. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You inspect, test, service and maintain fire protection systems for commercial buildings: extinguishers, alarms and detection, sprinklers, hydrants, emergency lighting. The work is ongoing and the relationships last for years, so every new service agreement is worth winning. We help you get in front of the people who award them.
The people we'd aim to book you in with are responsible for buildings and what's inside them. For example:
- Facilities managers at offices, warehouses, schools and healthcare sites
- Property, strata and community association managers who look after a portfolio of buildings
- Building owners and landlords of commercial and industrial property
- Operations and site managers at manufacturing and logistics businesses
- Business owners who occupy their own building
Why they'd take the call
- Their current provider misses visits, sends reports late or leaves defects unresolved.
- They've taken on a new building or portfolio and inherited a provider they didn't choose.
- They want one provider across several sites instead of a different one at each.
- Their service agreement is up for renewal and they'd like to compare.
- Paperwork and inspection records have become hard to keep on top of.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The building or portfolio is in your service area
- It's the kind of property you service, like commercial, industrial or mixed use
- The person attending manages the buildings or decides on the contract
- They're open to reviewing their provider or adding a site, not just after a one-off price
- They're not an existing customer or a site you're already quoting
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business or owner, and how many buildings or sites
- Who's coming and what they're responsible for
- Who services their buildings now, if they've said
- What's prompted the conversation, and any dates that matter
- What they want to cover, and whether it's a call or a site walk
- Business
- Property management firm with a mixed commercial portfolio
- Attending
- Senior property manager responsible for six buildings
- Current setup
- Three different fire providers across the portfolio
- Why now
- Defects from recent inspections haven't been followed up
- Wants to cover
- One provider for the portfolio, and clearer reporting
- Format
- Phone call, then a site walk if it goes well
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You have technicians available to take on new buildings in your area
- You can report clearly and follow defects through to completion
- Someone can meet property and facilities people and quote promptly
Probably not yet if
- You're fully booked servicing your current contracts
- You only do new installations and not ongoing servicing
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with the people who manage buildings
- Brief you on their portfolio and what's prompting the review
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Comment on a building's compliance, obligations or the condition of its systems
- Criticise another provider's work on your behalf
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
What we'd need from you
- The services you offer and the systems you cover
- Your service area, and any building types you don't take on
- The size of portfolio or site you're after
- Current customers and open quotes, so we leave them alone
- Availability for calls, meetings and site walks

Questions fire protection providers ask
Can you reach property managers who look after many buildings?
Yes. Portfolio managers are often the best conversations to have, because one relationship can cover several sites. Tell us if they're a priority and we'll plan around them.
Will you mention compliance to get a call or meeting?
We won't make claims about anyone's obligations or the state of their systems. We talk about how their current service is going and whether a conversation would help.
Do you book site walks?
Yes, if that's how you like to start. We'll note access details and who'll be there in the brief.
We also do security and electrical work. Can you include it?
Yes, if it's part of what you want to sell. We can lead with fire and mention the rest, or run a separate campaign for each.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
