Appointment setting for commercial electrical contractorsLine up the next maintenance contract before the last job ends.
We find businesses, property managers and builders with electrical work coming up, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings with the people who award it. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You run a commercial electrical business: maintenance, upgrades, lighting, switchboards, data cabling, EV chargers, fit-out work. Repeat clients and maintenance agreements are what smooth out the gaps between projects. We help you get in front of the people who hand those out.
The people we'd aim to book you in with manage buildings, sites or projects. For example:
- Facilities managers at offices, schools, warehouses and healthcare sites
- Property managers, strata managers and building owners responsible for commercial buildings
- Builders and project managers who subcontract electrical work
- Operations managers at manufacturing and logistics sites
- Owners and area managers of retail and hospitality groups
Why they'd take the call
- Their current electrician is hard to get hold of, or keeps missing deadlines.
- They want planned maintenance instead of paying for every call-out.
- Lighting, switchboards or wiring in an older building need upgrading.
- They're adding EV chargers, extending a site or fitting out a new space.
- Routine electrical maintenance, test and tag, or emergency lighting checks have fallen behind.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The site or project is in your service area
- It's the kind and size of work you take on
- The person attending manages the site or awards the work
- There's a real piece of work or an ongoing need, not just a request for your rates
- They're not an existing client or a job you're already quoting
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, the sites or the project
- Who's coming and what they're responsible for
- Who does their electrical work now, if they've said
- What's prompted the conversation, and any deadlines
- What they want to cover, and whether it's a call or a site meeting
- Business
- Childcare group with five centres
- Attending
- Facilities coordinator, who books all trades for the group
- Current setup
- A different electrician at each centre, booked as needed
- Why now
- Wants one contractor for maintenance and the yearly safety checks
- Wants to cover
- A maintenance agreement across all five centres
- Format
- Video call, then a walk-through of one centre
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You have electricians available for new commercial clients
- You can offer planned maintenance as well as project work
- Someone can meet facilities and project people and quote promptly
Probably not yet if
- Most of your work is residential
- Your team is committed to one large project for months
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with people who award electrical work
- Brief you on the site, the work and the timing before each one
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Scope, price or advise on electrical work on your behalf
- Comment on a site's safety or compliance
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
What we'd need from you
- The work you want more of: maintenance, upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, fit-outs
- Your service area, and any work you don't take on
- The size of job or contract you're after
- Current clients and open quotes, so we leave them alone
- Availability for calls and site meetings

- The decision-maker roles we'd aim to reach
- How we'd approach your market
- Draft criteria for a qualifying call or meeting

Then, if you'd like, a free call with James to talk it through and agree pricing.
Questions commercial electrical contractors ask
Can you find builders who subcontract electrical work?
Yes. Builders and project managers can be their own segment, with conversations about upcoming projects rather than maintenance.
We also install solar. Is this the right page?
This page is about general commercial electrical work. If solar is a big part of what you sell, our page for commercial solar providers is a closer fit, and we can run both.
Will you talk about safety requirements to get a call or meeting?
No. We don't make claims about anyone's obligations or the state of their wiring. We talk about the work they have coming up and whether a conversation would help.
Do you book site meetings?
Yes. Tell us how you like to start and we'll book that, with access details in the brief.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
