Appointment setting for office fit-out and build-out businessesBe in the conversation before the lease is signed.
We find businesses that are moving, growing or rethinking their workplace, start the conversation early, and book qualifying calls or meetings with the people running the project. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You design and build workplaces: office fit-outs (build-outs, in the US), refurbishments, relocations, sometimes furniture and joinery too. By the time a project goes to tender, the shortlist is often already set. We help you meet decision-makers earlier, while they're still working out what they need.
The people we'd aim to book you in with are planning, or will soon be planning, a workplace project. For example:
- Owners, chief executives and chief operating officers of growing businesses
- Office, workplace, HR and people and culture managers who run the move
- Facilities managers at businesses with several offices
- Commercial real estate agents and tenant representatives with clients on the move
- Property owners preparing vacant space for new tenants
Why they'd take the call
- Their lease ends in the next year or two and they're weighing up staying or moving.
- The team has grown out of the space, or hybrid work has left half of it empty.
- They've signed for a new office and need it ready by a fixed date.
- The office feels tired and doesn't help them hire or bring people in.
- They're merging teams or opening a new location.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The project is in your area and the size you take on
- The person attending runs the project or has a say in choosing who builds it
- There's a real project or lease event in a timeframe you care about
- They've agreed to talk about their workplace, not just to collect a price per square metre
- They're not an existing client or a project you're already pitching for
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, team size and current location
- Who's coming and their role in the project
- What they've shared about the lease, timing and budget stage
- What's prompted the project and what's not working in their current space
- What they want to cover, and whether it's a call, a meeting or a walk-through
- Business
- Engineering consultancy that's doubled in size
- Attending
- Chief operating officer and the office manager
- Situation
- Lease ends next year; deciding between expanding in place and moving
- Why now
- Out of desks and meeting rooms, and staff want better spaces for collaboration
- Wants to cover
- Options for both scenarios, and how a project would be run
- Format
- Meeting at their current office
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You have capacity for new projects in the coming months
- You can take a client from early planning through to handover
- Someone senior can meet decision-makers and turn conversations into proposals
Probably not yet if
- You only take on work through formal tenders or bid lists
- Your pipeline is full for the next year
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with people planning workplace projects
- Brief you on the business, the timing and what's prompting the project
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Estimate costs, timelines or design ideas on your behalf
- Get you onto a tender list you haven't been invited to
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
What we'd need from you
- The kinds of project you want: full fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations
- Your area, and the smallest and largest projects you take on
- The sectors and business sizes you work with best
- Current clients and live pitches, so we leave them alone
- Availability for calls, meetings and walk-throughs

- What you sell, in plain words

- How we'd approach your market

Questions office fit-out and build-out businesses ask
Projects take a long time to decide. How does that work with paying per call or meeting?
You pay when a qualifying call or meeting happens, not when a project is awarded. We agree with you what counts, including how far along the project needs to be.
Can you reach commercial agents as well as tenants?
Yes. Agents and tenant representatives can be a separate segment, since one relationship can lead to several projects.
Will you ask about budgets?
Only in broad terms, if you want us to. We find out roughly where they're at, and it goes in your brief. The detail is yours to work through.
We also do furniture and joinery. Can you include it?
Yes. Tell us how you package it and we'll describe it accurately in the outreach you approve.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
