Appointment setting for business phone and internet providersTalk to businesses before their contract quietly rolls over.
We find businesses that are moving, growing or fed up with their current setup, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings with whoever looks after connectivity. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You sell business phone systems, internet and mobile plans, either as a provider or a broker: cloud phones, business internet and fibre, multi-site networks, mobile fleets. Businesses only think about this when something breaks or a contract ends, so timing is everything. We find the ones whose timing is now.
The people we'd aim to book you in with decide on, or manage, a business's phones and internet. For example:
- Owners of small and mid-sized businesses who still sign off the phone bill
- Office and operations managers who deal with the providers day to day
- IT managers responsible for connectivity across one or more sites
- Practice managers at clinics where missed calls cost appointments
- Finance managers reviewing recurring supplier costs
Why they'd take the call
- They're moving office or opening a new site and need everything connected on day one.
- Their current contract is coming to an end, or has already rolled over without a review.
- Calls drop, the internet slows to a crawl at busy times, or support takes days to respond.
- They're still on an old phone system and staff are working from home half the week.
- Bills across several providers and sites have become hard to follow.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The business is in your coverage area and a size you serve
- The person attending decides on or manages phones and internet
- There's a reason to review now, like a move, a contract ending or ongoing problems
- They've agreed to talk about their setup, not just to get a price sent over
- They're not an existing customer or someone you're already quoting
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, how many sites and roughly how many staff
- Who's coming and what they look after
- Their current providers and setup, as far as they've shared it
- What's prompted the review and any dates that matter, like a move or contract end
- What they want to cover, and whether it's a phone, video or on-site meeting
- Business
- Physiotherapy group with three clinics
- Attending
- Operations manager, who handles all supplier contracts
- Current setup
- A different internet provider at each clinic and an old on-site phone system
- Why now
- Opening a fourth clinic soon and patients complain about getting through
- Wants to cover
- One phone system across all clinics, and internet for the new site
- Format
- On-site at the head clinic
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You can install and support new business customers in the areas you list
- You have clear offers for the sizes of business you want
- Someone can run a needs conversation and quote promptly afterwards
Probably not yet if
- You mainly sell to households or very small sole traders
- You can't take on new installations for the next few months
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with the person who decides
- Brief you on their current setup and timing before each one
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Quote prices, compare plans or promise savings on your behalf
- Switch anyone's services. The sale and the paperwork are yours.
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
What we'd need from you
- The products you want to lead with: phones, internet, mobile, or the full bundle
- Your coverage area and any locations you can't service
- The size of business you're after, in staff or sites
- Current customers and open quotes, so we leave them alone
- Availability for calls or meetings, and whether you visit sites
What's in your meeting plan
Tell us your website and who you'd like to meet. We'll review it and put together a short plan for your business. It's free, and it's yours whether or not you go ahead.
- What you sell, in plain words
- The customer segments we'd start with
- The decision-maker roles we'd aim to reach
- How we'd approach your market
- Draft criteria for a qualifying call or meeting
- What we'd need from you to brief you properly
Then, if you'd like, a free call with James to talk it through and agree pricing.
Questions business phone and internet providers ask
Can you target businesses with contracts ending soon?
We can't see anyone's contract dates, but we can ask. Timing is one of the first things we find out, and it goes in your brief.
We're a broker, not a carrier. Does that matter?
Not at all. Tell us how you work and what you can offer, and we'll describe it accurately. Brokers and providers both use this.
Will you approach businesses that are happy with their provider?
We open the conversation, and only book the ones who want to talk. Plenty of businesses haven't reviewed their setup in years and are glad someone asked.
Do you book site visits as well as calls?
Yes. Tell us which you prefer. Some providers like a quick call first and a site visit second; others go straight to site.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
