Appointment setting for MSPs and managed IT providersGet in front of businesses that need a better IT partner.
We find businesses that fit your ideal client, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings with the people who decide on IT. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You run an MSP or IT services business: managed support, Microsoft 365 and cloud, backups, networks, maybe security too. Most of your best clients probably came through referrals. We give you a steadier way to meet the next ones, without hiring a business development team.
The people we'd aim to book you in with run or manage businesses that rely on IT but don't want to run it themselves. For example:
- Owners and managing partners of professional services firms, like accountants, lawyers and architects
- Practice and office managers at medical, dental and allied health clinics
- Operations and office managers at businesses with more than one site
- Finance managers who look after IT spend and supplier contracts
- Internal IT leads at larger organisations who need extra hands or co-managed support
Why they'd take the call
- Their current provider is slow to respond, or they've outgrown the person who set everything up.
- They're moving office, opening a new site or taking on more staff.
- A security scare, an insurance questionnaire or a client's supplier checklist has raised questions they can't answer.
- An ageing server, a move to Microsoft 365 or a gap in their backups keeps sliding down the list.
- Their agreement with an existing provider is coming up for renewal.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The business is in your service area, or happy with remote support if you offer it
- It's within the size range you serve well, in staff or sites
- The person on the call or meeting has a say in IT decisions or budget
- They've agreed to talk about their IT support, not just to receive information
- They're not already a client of yours or in your pipeline
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, what it does, its size and locations
- Who's coming and what their role is
- Their current setup, as far as they've shared it
- What prompted the conversation and what they want to cover
- Anything they asked us to pass on, and the format: phone, video or in person
- Business
- Accounting firm with two offices
- Attending
- Practice manager, who decides on IT with one of the partners
- Current setup
- Local IT contractor, Microsoft 365, an on-site server near the end of its life
- Why now
- Opening a second office and frustrated by slow support
- Wants to cover
- Support across both sites, and moving files off the server
- Format
- Video call
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You have room to take on new managed clients and onboard them properly
- You know which kinds of businesses you serve best
- Someone on your team can run a sales conversation and follow up quickly
Probably not yet if
- You're at capacity, or in the middle of a big onboarding
- You're mainly after one-off break-fix jobs rather than ongoing clients
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with decision-makers who match the criteria we agree
- Brief you before every one
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Promise that a prospect signs, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
- Make claims about your services that you haven't approved
- Run the sales conversation for you. That part's yours.
What we'd need from you
- The services you want to sell, and any you'd rather not lead with
- Your service area, and whether you support clients remotely
- The kinds and sizes of business you serve best
- Your current clients and open deals, so we leave them alone
- Times in your calendar for calls or meetings
What's in your meeting plan
Tell us your website and who you'd like to meet. We'll review it and put together a short plan for your business. It's free, and it's yours whether or not you go ahead.
- What you sell, in plain words
- The customer segments we'd start with
- The decision-maker roles we'd aim to reach
- How we'd approach your market
- Draft criteria for a qualifying call or meeting
- What we'd need from you to brief you properly
Then, if you'd like, a free call with James to talk it through and agree pricing.
Questions MSPs and managed IT providers ask
Will you approach businesses that already have an IT provider?
Yes, if you want us to. Most businesses that need a better provider already have one. We open the conversation about how their IT is going, never by running down their current provider, and only book the ones who want to talk.
Can you focus on one vertical, like medical or legal?
Yes. Tell us where your experience is strongest and we'll build the list around it. Your meeting plan suggests which segments to start with.
We offer security services too. Can you lead with those?
If you offer them, we can lead with them or include them. If security is your main offer, our page for cybersecurity providers is a closer fit.
Who runs the call or meeting?
You do. We book it, brief you and step back. Your expertise is what wins the client.
What if the person who turns up can't make IT decisions?
We agree what counts before we start, including who needs to be there. If a call or meeting doesn't meet what we agreed, it isn't billed.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
