Appointment setting for any business that sells B2BGet in front of the businesses that need what you sell.
Not on our list? If you sell to other businesses and your sale starts with a conversation, we find the ones that fit, start the conversation, and book qualifying calls or meetings with the people who decide. You only pay for the ones that happen.
Free and quick, no sign-up. We read your website's public pages and show you who we'd book you in with. What's in a meeting plan?
We're based in Sydney and book calls or meetings for businesses in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond.
Who we'd book you in with
You sell to other businesses: a service, a product, software or trade work we don't have a page for yet. Most of your best clients probably came through referrals or repeat work. We give you a steadier way to meet the next ones, without hiring a business development team.
We start from the clients you serve best and agree who to aim for with you. Usually that's people like:
- Owners and managing directors of the kinds of business you serve best
- Operations, office and general managers who choose and manage suppliers
- Department heads whose teams use what you sell day to day
- Finance managers who look after the budget and supplier contracts
- Procurement and purchasing leads at larger organisations
Why they'd take the call
- Their current supplier has let them down, or a contract is coming to an end.
- They're growing, moving or opening a new site.
- Something has changed: new owners, new rules, new systems or a new team.
- It's been on their list for a while, and a well-timed conversation is the nudge they need.
How it works
- Lead generation and enrichment
- Prospecting
- Cold calling and email
- Follow-ups
- Qualification
- Booking
We research businesses that match your criteria and find the right person at each one. Then we start the conversation with messaging you approve, follow up, check each interested prospect against what we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar, with a brief before every call or meeting.
What counts as qualified
- The business matches the profile we agree: sector, size and location
- The person on the call or meeting decides, or will bring the person who does
- They have a real reason to talk now
- They've agreed to a conversation, not just to receive information
- They're not already a client of yours or in your pipeline
Examples only. We agree the exact criteria with you before we start, because every business is different.
What you get before every call or meeting
- Who they are: the business, what it does, its size and locations
- Who's coming and what their role is
- How they handle this today, as far as they've shared it
- What prompted the conversation and what they want to cover
- Anything they asked us to pass on, and the format: phone, video or in person
- Business
- Manufacturer with two sites
- Attending
- Operations manager, who chooses suppliers with the general manager
- Current setup
- The same supplier for several years, with mixed results
- Why now
- Their contract ends soon and the business is growing
- Wants to cover
- What switching would involve, and what it would cost
- Format
- Phone call
What you pay
Pay for what happens
One flat price per qualifying call or meeting that actually takes place, agreed before we start. No-shows are never charged.
No retainer, no lock-in
Nothing for research, outreach or replies, and you can stop whenever you like.
A brief every time
Before each call or meeting you get who they are, what they need and why they said yes.
Is this a fit for you?
A good fit if
- You sell to other businesses, and a first conversation is the natural next step
- You know which kinds of businesses you serve best
- You have room for new clients and someone who can run the conversation and follow up
Probably not yet if
- You mainly sell to consumers, or online with no conversation
- You're at capacity, or not ready to follow up quickly
What we can and can't promise
We can
- Book qualifying calls or meetings with decision-makers who match the criteria we agree
- Brief you before every one
- Only charge for the ones that actually take place
We can't
- Promise that a prospect buys, or a set number of calls or meetings each month
- Make claims about your business that you haven't approved
- Run the sales conversation for you. That part's yours.
What we'd need from you
- What you sell, and what you'd rather not lead with
- Where you work, and whether you serve clients remotely
- The kinds and sizes of business you serve best
- Your current clients and open deals, so we leave them alone
- Times in your calendar for calls or meetings
What's in your meeting plan
Tell us your website and who you'd like to meet. We'll review it and put together a short plan for your business. It's free, and it's yours whether or not you go ahead.
- What you sell, in plain words
- The customer segments we'd start with
- The decision-maker roles we'd aim to reach
- How we'd approach your market
- Draft criteria for a qualifying call or meeting
- What we'd need from you to brief you properly
Then, if you'd like, a free call with James to talk it through and agree pricing.
Questions B2B businesses ask
My industry isn't on your list. Can you still help?
Probably, if you sell to other businesses and your sale starts with a conversation. Tell us what you sell when you ask for your meeting plan, and we'll tell you honestly whether appointment setting suits it.
Do you only work with service businesses?
No. Services, products, software and trade work all fit, as long as you sell to businesses and a first conversation is the natural next step.
Do I need to know exactly who to target?
No. Your meeting plan suggests the customer segments and decision-maker roles we'd start with, based on your website and who you'd like to meet. We agree them with you before anything goes out.
Who runs the call or meeting?
You do. We book it, brief you and step back. Your expertise is what wins the client.
What does the meeting plan cost?
Nothing. The meeting plan and an introductory call with James are both free. You only pay once we're booking qualifying calls or meetings for you, at a price agreed before we start.
Do I have to book a call to get my plan?
No. We'll send your plan either way. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
